Steve Visconti Promoted to President and CEO of Atrato
Westminster, Colorado – November 5, 2008 – Atrato, Inc., a leading provider of high-volume on-demand storage for the high throughput computing, digital entertainment and Web sectors, today announced that Steve Visconti has been promoted from EVP of Sales and Marketing to President and CEO. In line with this move, Co-founder and former CEO Dan McCormick has relinquished a day-to-day operational role in his new position of Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Visconti brings to the position over 25 years of domestic and international business development, sales, marketing, and management success. Prior to joining Atrato, he held leadership posts with a number of top technology companies and startup ventures including Cisco Systems, Inc., Airespace, Ascend, Chipcom, and Banyan Systems. Mr. Visconti joined Atrato in 2007 as EVP of sales and marketing and has successfully driven sales growth and new market expansion for the company. He has the experience, market expertise and the proven ability to lead high growth companies and build customer and shareholder value.
